Probably the most spontaneous trip I have ever done! I was supposed to fly out to Capetown after my Thailand trip but suddenly they opened Bali again for travellers. So me and my friend decided to cancel our trip to cape town and take the first plane to Bali as soon as they opened for tourists again. Probably the best decision we did. It Island was still pretty empty and everything started to open again. We had to spend 3 nights in a quarantine hotel but we were still able to do everything. We just had to do 2 cover tests. After we finished our quarantine stay one of the best trips started. With our Wakeboards and Surfboards we constantly discovered the island and did plenty of surfing and wakeboarding. Bali is one of my favorite travel destinations since it's just so easy to live there. It's a really cheap place with one of the best foods I have ever had and the perfect mix of sports and relaxing.
