After an awesome week in thailand filming all the episodes i decided to fly to bali to meet up with some friends hike up an volcano and go on a surf trip! The whole trip started with hiking up the volcano ijen which was probably one of the coolest adventures i have ever done. It all started with a 6hour motorbike drive to the village where we had to climb up the volcano. We had to sleep at the village for a few hours and started hiking up the volcano at 2am in the morning to see the blue lava. All in all it took us 3 hours to hike up the 2800 meter high volcano. It was fantastic. I've never seen something like this. We had to wear gas masks since the smoke is really dangerous. After we have seen the blue lava we got surprised with an amazing sunrise. The whole sky was purple and once you looked dow to the crater you saw that crazy smoke from the volcano. It was for sure one of the coolest experience ever and i can recommend this to every single one of you guys. Check out the video to it.
