After Speedpilots Miles and me travelled back to his home. My week started with a short visit at Miles' home cable in Hamm. He took me around his city and we went on a shred together at his cable. That was pretty fun. After that I drove back to Hamburg for the Preparation of the German Nationals. My Training at the Lake in Norderstedt was not so successful. The conditions were windy, the water was too choppy and the cable was too packed to practice well. But I tried the best out of it. Before the weekend started all of the other riders arrived. Saturday was our qualification day. At that day the conditions of the cable were perfect. Of course we were all nervous but it went all good for me. I went straight into the finals with the second best result in my category. Sunday was finals day. Everybody gets 2 runs to reach the highest points on tricks. My first final run went well. I could defeat all other ladies except of Nadine. In my last final run I decided to just risk everything and do tricks that I never done before. Amazingly all of them went perfect. I was so happy to achieve more points then before. But As soon Nadine had her final run she was killing it. She also tried a new trick which she landed. With this she won the title German Champion in master ladies. I was very happy for us both because we don't see each other as competitors. We are friends who motivate each other and cheer each other up when we go to competitions. So I ended up the week with a smile on my face on the podium 2nd and very happy to receive the title vice german champ in master ladies and 1st. in the team challenge for my home cable in Hamburg.
