If you are travelling a lot from comps to comps or training spots or fotoshoots it is very important to stand still sometimes and calm down. Or the chances for injuries or unhappiness or disappointments rise. And there is no better place than home for that. You can charge your batteries by spending time with your friends and family and in the nature just on your own. Like that you can focus on your next achievements and listen to your body so you can start off into the next competition or adventure with full energy.
